The explosion-proof performance of this series of products complies with the provisions of GB3836.1-2010 “General Requirements for Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 1” and GB3836.2-2010 “Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 2 Flameproof Type “d””. Logo: Exd II BT4.
This series of products is composed of explosion-proof motors, blades, air ducts and other parts. The blades are made of aluminum alloy die-casting, and the air ducts are processed and welded with steel plates and profiles. The lead wire of the power supply can be used for both steel pipe wiring and cable wiring, and there is a grounding screw outside the shell; it has the properties of low noise, low energy consumption, and excellent performance. According to the installation method, CBF explosion-proof exhaust fans can be divided into ducted axial fans, fixed explosion-proof axial fans and post-type explosion-proof axial fans.
Conditions of Use
1. Hazardous places of explosive gas mixture: Zone 1, Zone 2;
2. Explosive gas mixture: IIA, IIB;
3. Ambient temperature: -20~+40℃;
4. Relative humidity: <95% (+25℃);
5. Places without heavy corrosion and significant dust;
6. Working voltage: 220/380V, 50Hz.

Installation and use
1. Before installation, check whether the basic data listed on the nameplate of this product is consistent with the actual conditions of use.
2. The product should be grounded reliably.
3. Use any kind of pull wire to compress the sealing ring of the introduction device.
4. During installation and maintenance, it should be ensured that the phase gap in the wire cavity is not less than 8mm, and the creepage distance is not less than 10mm.
5. The cover must be opened after the power supply of the front stage is cut off during maintenance.
6. During installation and maintenance, the explosion-proof surface should be protected and 204-1 anti-rust oil should be applied.
7. The sealing ring of the introduction device is made of oil-resistant rubber 301, which has a certain Shore hardness.
