BT35-11 series explosion-proof fans are also derived products of T35-11. The explosion-proof mark is “d II BT4 Gb”, that is, explosion-proof type, IIB electrical equipment, the maximum surface temperature is T4 group (135 ℃), and the equipment protection level is “EPLGb”. , has a “high” protection level and is not a source of ignition under normal operation or expected fault conditions. The impeller is made of aluminum, and the product performance specifications are the same as T35-11.

FBT35-11 series explosion-proof and anti-corrosion fan is a derivative product of BT35-11. On the basis of BT35-11 product, it has anti-corrosion function at the same time. It is used to transport corrosive gas. The product performance specifications are the same as BT35-11.

Features

Installation and use

1. Before installation, check in detail whether the fan is damaged and deformed during transportation. If there is damage and deformation, it can be installed after proper repair.

2. When installing, pay attention to check whether the connecting parts are loose or not. The gap between the blade and the air duct should be uniform and should not touch.

3. The weight of the pipe connecting the tuyere should not be borne by the duct of the fan, and additional support should be added during installation.

4. An air collector must be installed at the air inlet end of the ventilator, and if conditions permit, a protective wire mesh must be installed.

5. The base of the fan must be naturally connected with the ground plane, and the base should not be forced to be connected to prevent deformation of the base. During installation, the base should be corrected, shims should be added, and the horizontal position should be basically maintained, and then the anchor bolts should be tightened.

6. After the installation is completed, a trial operation must be carried out. After the operation is normal, the official use is allowed.
